Counseling Cell

The Counseling Cell at St. George's College provides a supportive and confidential environment for students to discuss their concerns and challenges. The cell is staffed by a full-time counselor who is available to meet with students upon request.

The primary objective of the Counseling Cell is to enhance the overall wellbeing of the students, including their academic, personal, and emotional growth. The counselor provides individual and group counseling sessions to help students with issues such as stress management, time management, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, career counseling, and more.

In addition to individual counseling, the Counseling Cell also conducts group sessions on various topics related to mental health and wellbeing. The cell organizes workshops and seminars on stress management, coping mechanisms, and other related topics to help students develop the skills to manage their academic and personal lives.

The Counseling Cell also collaborates with other departments and cells in the college to provide support and guidance to students in need. The cell also maintains a close liaison with external agencies and mental health professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible care.

The Counseling Cell is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all students who seek its services. Students are encouraged to make use of this valuable resource to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
